Our first date was on August 15, 2009. We had sno cones and enjoyed a round of mini-golf. Sara got creamed but Aaron was too much of a gentleman to point that out.
Aaron spent Thanksgiving 2009 with Sara's family in the panhandle of Oklahoma. He kept remarking- it is so flat you can see for miles! He loved my family and I was ready to run in two days!
Aaron has his BS and Masters in Meterology and a Minor in Mathmatics from the University of Oklahoma. Originally from Maryland, he found out Oklahoma is awesome due to the tornados and grass-fed, farm-raised, free steak. He is currently working for the National Weather Service as a Meterologist intern in Calera, Alabama (Calera is south of Birmingham).
Sara has a BS in Human Development and Family Science, a Minor in General Business and a Honors College degree from Oklahoma State University. She is currently working in Oklahoma City for OU's College of Medicine as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
We are very excited for our upcoming nuptiuals in March 24, 2012.
